No, We only charge for the hours requested by our customers, if the job happens to take longer then expected then we charge as followings:
Medium van with driver: £17.40 per half hour thereafter
Medium van with 2 men: £30 per half hour thereafter
Large van with driver: £19.50 per half hour thereafter
Large van with 2 men: £32.40 per half hour thereafter
Mega Luton with driver: £24 per half hour thereafter
Mega Luton with 2 men: £36 per half hour thereafter
No! After the minimum charge of one hour, we charge for every half an hour thereafter and you can keep the van and driver/s for as long as you wish.
No! We only charge for the time we spend with our customers while carrying out the removal. We have a good number of vans on the road, GPS tracked and linked via our dispatching software. Therefore, we make sure you get the van closest to your pick up point.
Yes, we do have 2 insurances in place for our customers.Public liabilty insurance and goods in transit n=insurance,subjected to £500 excess.(The excess will be deducted from your total insurance payout). Booking a van and man in advance is recommended. We have a good number of vans serving everyday therefore we can always help if happens you need our service urgently. We can get you any van your after within an hour depending on your location .
According to our long term experience in the Van Logistics industry it is clear to us that small vans are not practical, therefore the smallest vans we have are a medium wheel base sprinter or transit.
